Protect Your Business Legally

This Privacy Policy describes how Neythri Inc, d/b/a Neythri (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Neythri,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “organization”), as the operator of the website www.neythri.org (the “website” or “Site”), and the services provided through the Site (the Site and these services constituting the “Service”), collects information when you visit or use the Service. It also explains how we use and disclose the information we collect from you, and your choices in relation to that information. By accessing, visiting, or using the Service, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please note that if you disagree with anything in this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Service. This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Use located at https://www.neythri.org/Terms-of-Use, sets forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our website and describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

1. Information collected through the Service

A. Personally identifying information

If you are a visitor to the Site or Service, we may collect information that you provide to us when you complete and submit the Join Us form. This information will include your first and last name, email address, job title, job skills, address, and other pertinent information. We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may send you promotional email offers on behalf of other businesses or email you about your use of the Services. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our services.

 

As noted in the Terms of Use, we do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not attempt to register or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a user under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We may automatically collect information about you when you use the Service. Those who engage in transactions with Neythri – by purchasing our services or products, or making a donation to our organization, are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Neythri collects such information only in so far as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with the organization. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

6. How we ensure security of user personal information

We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time. We implement a number of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information in our control. Please be aware that risk is inherent in Internet technologies. As a result, Neythri cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit on or through the Service and you do so at your own risk.

7. Amendments to this Privacy Policy

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Neythri may change its Privacy Policy from time to time and in our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the amended terms on the Service. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue your use of the Service prior to the time the modified privacy policy takes effect. If you continue using the Service after the modified privacy policy takes effect, you will be bound by the modified privacy policy.
